Product Description
1. The machine takes YAG lamp-pumped solid laser device as the light source. By 2D fast-speed scanning lens swinging as the scheduled angles under the controlling of the computer, the laser focus on the surface of the work piece by F-θ lens to form images and realize marking and graph processing.
2. It has the longest application time and the most extensive usage areas and is the most mature technology at present.
3. By adding rotation controlling system on the basis of PEDB-100, it can mark on the cylindrical and conical work piece.
4. By using fast-speed scan lens, it can scan the graph in shortest time & finish fine marking process.
5. It can configure auto clamp and bating production line as user’ s requirements
6. It can mark data, series number & bar code automatically.
7. Available for data communications, networking.
Machine Featuers
◎ The optical system uses the fully sealed structure to prevent the dust entering laser body and reduces the equipment failure rate.
◎ The machine is able to preview the light path and point out the focus, which are very convenient for the materials that will be processed to be located.
◎ This machine provides the precise three dimension worktable and newest outside water-cooling system. The cooling system can control the water temperature very accurately, which ensures the long time working. Anyway, the machine movement noise is extremely low.
◎ The software own intellectual property rights. It is compatible with file formats saved by CORELDRAW, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP and other software. It can mark autocode, sequence number, batch number, date, bar code, two-dimension code, etc. Anyway, the software can mark reversely.
