This is vertical glass sand blasting automatic system. Well known, vertical machine is more convenient and energy saving in the long term.

This machine is half the energy of the horizontal glass sandblasted machine but the vertical one sandblasting speed is 15m2/h, which is slower than the horizonntal glass sandblasted machine.

The machine has 3pcs automatic blasting nozzles,which were automatically applied to blast sand onto the surface of glass as per settled specification,There is one manual blasting nozzle.Automatic and manual can be option.Machine can be design according to customer requirement.

1. the quality (good or bad) of autoclave body itself: there’s no problem  with the pressure of the body, the key is the quality of autoclave door flange and solid and smart of opening  the door or not.
