1.1.Brief Introduction
Product Description
1). The machine is the specialized equipment to apply the hot melt butyl sealant to both sides of the aluminum spacing frame uniformly.
2). The operator just holds the aluminum spacing frame and all the other operations (rolling. transfer. etc.)can be completed automatically as programmed with convenient operation, stable and reliable operation, good effects of sealant extrusion, and high production efficiency, it is necessarily double-glazing insulating glass manufacturing.
3). Butyl glue is the double glass/insulating glass first layer sealant glue(inner sealing). If you make aluminum spacer type insulating glass, you need to coat two-layer sealant glue, inside it is the Butyl sealant glue. Butyl extruder machine coat the glue on the aluminum spacer frame, the aluminum frame spacer with coated Butyl glue will make the double glass stick together tightly.

2. Feature
1. Butyl extruder can process frames from 6-20mm width.
2. The feeding nozzle can be positioned to deliver uniform sealing.
3. Pneumatic operation of butyl process is controlled by a PLC that electrically regulates the temperature of the butyl heaters.
4. A timer enables the pre-heating of butyl ahead of the start of operation.
5. The height adjustment is available according to the frame size.
6. The nozzle width shall be controlled by the pneumatic and hydraulic parallel methods.
7. Conveyor speed can be adjusted with 5 conveyor speeds.
8. Possible to control the length of butyl application and monitoring current production quantity on the touch screen.
